잠실3단지 트리지움 조경의 특징
공동주택의 외부공간은 많은 부분이 이미 규정화된 공간 성격을 지니고 있습니다. 잠실트리지움은, 여러 종류의 부가가치를 만들어내는 도심 재건축 아파트 단지의 고밀도성이 외부공간에까지 높은 밀도의 요소들로 적용되는 것을 지양하였습니다. 트리지움 아파트는 고급화의 필요성을 유지하면서도 저밀도의 쾌적성이 실현되는 디자인 요소를 도입하였고 주거단지의 기본적 요구사항의 하나인 '정원적 요소'들을 가미하고자 하였습니다. 구체적으로 개별적 요소들의 두드러짐보다 전체적이고 큰 규모의 공간 성격과 소재들에 집중하였고 즉각적인 전시적 요소들보다 긴 시간의 심미성을 추구하고자 검증된 자연소재들을 적극적으로 활용하고 조화시켰습니다.
잠실3단지 트리지움의 커뮤니티 공간은 공간의 경관성 뿐 아니라 실질적인 커뮤니티 활성화를 고려하여 놀이공간, 휴게공간, 운동공간, 물놀이공간 등의 유기적 연계를 최대한 모색함으로써 동선의 흐름이 자연스럽게 하였습니다. 또한 각 공간을 잇는 6m의 보행가로를 단지 내 매력적인 명소로 조성하였습니다. 트리지움의 식재는 전체적인 통일감과 함께 공간별 개성이 느껴지도록 주요 수종을 단순화하여 특화시켰고, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화함으로써 숨겨진 풍경들이 새롭게 드러날 수 있도록 계획하였습니다. 식재는 '채움과 비움'의 배치로 얻을 수 있는 안정감과 변화감을 고려하였고 보행자도로변에는 일률적인 가로식재 패턴보다 별개의 공간과 수목군을 통과하며 경관의 연속성과 변화성을 계획하였습니다. 시설물에는 장식보다 간결하고 견고한 요소들을 사용함으로써 조화를 이루도록 하고, 체계적인 계획으로 통일감이 느껴니는 옥외 시설물로 조성하였습니다. 또한 잠실트리지움은 시공성과 장기적인 유지관리가 용이하도록 계획하였습니다. 포장 면보다 낮게 조성된 녹지는 녹지로의 배수체계를 유도시킴으로써 자연스러운 시설체계와 명확한 에지(Edge)경관을 조성하였습니다.

And Pdedstran walkway, length 6m, linking each space is made as an attraction place on the Threezium complex. In order to give a sense of unity and personality to each space, tree-planting is simplified and specialized, and designed to reveal hidden landscapes as time passes. Trees are planted in consideration of a sense of stability and change, and pedestrian roadsides are designed to have the continuity and change of landscape as one passes through each space and colony of trees rather than in a stereotyped planting pattern. Facilities are harmonized with one another in one space with simple and durable elements rater than decorated elements. And it designed in consieration of workability and long-term management. Instead of paved surfaces. III-ZIUM (Jamsil 3 apartment complex) has low green spaces to which the drainage system is induced for a natural systemization of facilities and clear edge landscape.
